John Snyder has been Director of Music at St. Raphael's since 2014. A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, John provides piano and organ accompaniment (and sometimes sings!) for all weekend masses, funerals, weddings, and holy days of obligation, in addition to directing the church choirs and instrumental ensembles. His musical background includes extensive experience in orchestras, choirs, theatre, pit orchestras, and bands. John was himself a St. Raphael's cantor and choir member in grade school, and is grateful for the opportunity to have served as a music director in the diocese for over a decade.
